Chop the tomatoes, garlic, and mozzarella and add them to a bowl.
Rip the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the ingredients in the bowl
Add the extra virgin olive oil and salt to the bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After an hour has passed, cut the 4 slices of bread in half so they become 8 half-slices.
Toast the sliced bread on a medium-high temperature in a toaster until they become slightly darkened and crunchy. You may need to toast the bread twice depending on your toaster.
Once the bread is toasted, take a scoop of the tomato mix from the bowl and place it on a slice of bread. Repeat this with all the pieces of bread.Voila! You have yourself bruschette!
