On a plate, place all the sliced tomatoes in whatever pattern or fashion that you would like. I personally like to arrange them in a circular pattern as it is very visually pleasing.
After you place all the tomatoes, sprinkle some salt all over the tomatoes.
Place a mozzarella slice on each tomato.
Lightly drizzle some olive oil on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Hand-rip the basil leaves into small pieces and sprinkle evenly on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Add a dash of pepper.
Place the dish into the refrigerator for about 20 minutes prior to eating if you want the dish to be extra cold and refreshing. Buon Appetito!
