Creamy farfalle buttery fly pasta with a delicious touch of smoked salmon and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of farfalle pasta

  • 200 grams of smoked salmon

  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

  • 4 sprigs of parsley, chopped

  • 3/4 of an onion, chopped

  • 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt as needed

Directions

  • In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil on a medium heat and add the chopped onions. Cook them until the become golden and wilt.
  • Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and add them to the onions.
  • Cook the salmon for about 2 minutes
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  • Add a handful of rock salt to the water and then add the pasta.
  • Cook the pasta for about 13 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream to the pan and half a ladle of the water from the pasta.
  • Add the pasta to the pan and cook it for another 2 minutes to bring together the sauce.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley.
  • Buon Appetito!
