How to make Creamy Smoked Salmon Farfalle Pasta

Ingredients
500 grams of farfalle pasta
200 grams of smoked salmon
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
4 sprigs of parsley, chopped
3/4 of an onion, chopped
4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt as needed
Directions
- In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil on a medium heat and add the chopped onions. Cook them until the become golden and wilt.
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and add them to the onions.
- Cook the salmon for about 2 minutes
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add a handful of rock salt to the water and then add the pasta.
- Cook the pasta for about 13 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream to the pan and half a ladle of the water from the pasta.
- Add the pasta to the pan and cook it for another 2 minutes to bring together the sauce.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
